Beautiful restaurant, great service, tasty local food We were starving for lunch and stumbled in here somewhat randomly. So glad we did. Some of the tastiest Balinese food we had in Ubud. Reasonable prices and quick service. We had a dish of fish and rice cooked in banana leaf that was delicious. I ordered this the next day at an upscale hotel and it wasn't nearly as good as Gedong Sisi's. Also had a great curry green bean dish. Would recommend to anyone looking for a non-fussy local meal.

Unbelievable setting A random find but did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is in an amazing setting. Food and cocktails were great and very reasonably priced. The service was also very good.

Beautiful decor, beautiful food, gracious service. This my 5th visit to Bali and Ubud. Gedong Sisi is one of my all time favourites in Ubud. I love the decor and layout, it is at once homely and beautiful, it is like the distillation of Ubud in one restaurant. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Service is fast and friendly. I've been twice in the last week. My partner had the Caesar salad, I had the nasi campur which was delicious. Next time round we both had the fish pepes which was probably our best dish of our Ubud experience as well as Gado gado, also lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delightful setting, great service, excellent food with much variety. We had a lovely dinner in Gedong Sisi. It was a beautiful setting. There was a great selection of Indonesian and western dishes. Food was delicious and service was 10/10.

Aanrader Lekker gegeten, heel groot restaurant met allerlei zitmogelijkheden. Je kunt aan de straat, maar ook in een soort privé-meubel. Prima prijzen

Très bon restaurant Service très agréable, et très souriant. La décoration du lieu très typique est vraiment jolie et dépaysante. Les plats que nous avons choisi étaient vraiment très bons. Les cocktails également. La note est un peu plus élevée que dans d’autres restaurants mais le cadre, le service et les plats le méritent largement.

Best beef redang I’ve ever had & am ever likely to have! Called into Gedong Sisi Warung for dinner after checking out the Ubud night scene. I ordered the beef redang - which was the best beef redang I’ve ever had & probably the best I’m ever likely to have!! Served with the perfect amount of rice, on a bed of spinach (which set it off beautifully) & accompanied by a mouthwatering green chilli sambal! The chef was kind enough to sketch out the recipe for me before we left so I can have a crack at it myself. My daughter had the lime & mint mocktail with hers - which was also divine - so much so that I ditched my Bintang & had one myself (& that’s a big call). Great food, ambience & service!
